Select your size, and your preferred delivery date and your return date. We suggest delivery 1-2 days before your event. Hire is for a maximum of 4 days. (please note we cannot deliver on a weekend).

Return
Once you've received and worn your favourite Dressed For Two Garment to your special event, carefully package up your outfit(s) and have it returned in the self- addressed bag included in your order. Drop off either via drop off or in the post (preferably dropped to a counter) before 10am on the return date, no later than 10am.

How does the rental process work?
Find It: Search our selection by filtering by colour, length and trends which means that you will find the best look.
Reserve It: Choose a delivery and return date, the minimum hire is 4 days.
Receive It: The dress will be shipped out via Australian Express Post to your home or office on your delivery date selected.
Return It: Returns are free! Simply place the dress in the provided pre-paid satchel and return it to your nearest Post Office. Don’t worry about dry-cleaning – we’ll take care of that for you.
What is the cleaning process of a garment?
DRESSES ARE NOT TO BE WASHED/DRY-CLEANED OR ALTERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Drycleaning is the responsibly of Dressed For Two and included in the hire price.
What are your Terms & Conditions?
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Dressed For Two Dress Hire. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to Dressed For Two Dress Hire terms of the agreement, then you may not use the service.
You agree and acknowledge that you are renting a garment for a limited time and that ownership of the garment at all times remains with Dressed For Two.
You agree to pay the Hire Price advertised in full to secure the garment. An additional Security Deposit OR/AND the value of the hire may be required and must be made prior to postage to enable Dressed For Two Dress Hire to release the garment to you. Once the Hire is confirmed by paying for the Hire online and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are not entitled to a refund or exchange for the Hire price.
You understand that if you wish to cancel the rental of the garment you must provide Dressed For Two Dress Hire with minimum of 14 days notice prior to the event date. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled to an indefinite credit note for the value of the Hire Price. Alternatively, the garment can be swapped for another. Any difference in price must be paid. If less notice is received it is at the discretion of Dressed For Two whether you will be entitled to a credit note. Dressed For Two cannot be held responsible due to any sickness or cancellation of events.
A pre-paid Express return label (or bag) will be included with your package to enable you to return the garment promptly. The garment must be lodged at the post office before 10am on the next business day immediately following your hire. Failure to do so and provide photographic evidence of the packaged garment and the tracking number as proof of lodgement may result in a late fee as described in this agreement. Any lost/damaged garments in return transit where a lodgement receipt cannot be provided will be treated as a damaged/stolen garment. Dressed For Two Dress Hire cannot be held responsible for any Australia Post delays and it is the responsibility of the customers to check for any shipping delays or issues that may result in shipping delays in your area.
You agree you are responsible for any loss, destructions and damage of the garment upon time of collection until the time of return. The garment is only deemed returned once Dressed For Two Dress Hire receive the item in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement.
You agree that you are liable for any damages to the garment, including, but not limited to; ripping, soiling, burns, colour distortion and you will be liable to pay the full Recommended Retail Price of the garment or the cost of repairing the damages up to Dressed For Two’s reasonable discretion, whichever is the lesser price. You agree you will be charged for any loss of income due to damages where future Hires are affected. If a perfect fix cannot be made but the Item is received in reasonable condition to continue to Hire you will be asked to pay a portion of the Recommended Retail Price as compensation for damage.
You acknowledge dry cleaning of the garment is included in the Hire Price and agree to return the Item UNWASHED.
If the garment is not returned by the Return Date a late fee will be charged for each additional days you retain it.
What are your identification processes to hiring a garment from DRESSED FOR TWO?
For insurance purposes, Dressed For Two will keep a copy of your Drivers License and/or credit card details on file for the duration of the Hire period. Dressed for Two reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to; legal action and/or using third party collection agencies.
You are liable for the cost of the Garment + any costs incurred by Dressed For Two Dress Hire to recover money from you should the garment not be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
What happens if the garment is damaged?
Accidents can happen and we understand this may occur. If something happens to the outfit, you must contact Dressed For Two via email immediately with pictures of the damage. The quicker we are informed of a problem (in particular a bad stain) the easier it is to work together to rectify the issue quickly and prevent additional damage.
Do not attempt to clean the outfit yourself without prior consent from us. Incorrect cleaning can further damage the outfit/set in a stain and incur additional cleaning charges, or, in extreme cases, a full outfit replacement which incurs a fee of the full RRP of the outfit.
The customer is liable to pay for any and all costs involved with fixing outfits that have been returned damaged or excessively marked.
It is at the discretion of Dressed For Two whether a garment is fit to return to the rack for re-rent. Any damaged garments that are deemed un-rentable will incur a fee of the full RRP of the garment + any loss of income due future bookings that will be cancelled.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, Dressed For Two Dress Hire does not offer any refunds and the sale is final.
Customers who need to cancel their hire and have applied for special consideration at least 14 days before the event date and special consideration has been granted, you may be entitled to a refund or store credit.
If you would like to change the date you wish to hire a garment for, contact must be made via phone or email (Instagram or social media will not be considered a valid point of contact). If the swap can be made, we will arrange this. However, if the garment is unavailable for your new date, no refund will be given.
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind
- Not attending the event
- If you choose to not wear the garment
- If you are sick (inclusive of covid)
- If the event has been cancelled
- If you have chosen the incorrect sizing
Please note that these garments are hire pieces. We work around the clock to keep these garments in the highest standards for our customers. We do consistently update our garments prices to best reflect the dresses.
